As the Treasurer Thad’s brings his day-to-day management of the pre-construction, construction, schedule, safety and budget and in addition to his involvement in the planning and coordinating of the above activities, Thad’s extensive Project Management experience also proves invaluable as major construction challenges are anticipated, planned for, and effectively dealt with.
Thad is responsible for monitoring and refining the financial planning and budgeting on long range and short term plans to ensure success on all projects.

Tavarus, a Florida-native and self-described property management ‘prodigy’ who got his start in 2004 touring and showing condo conversion units in Hallandale Beach and quickly rose up the ranks to Assistant Property Manager to Regional Manger working for Pinnacle AMS, the top 3 property management company at the time and other management companies.
Tavarus has experienced great success over the past 16 years in property management ranging from market rate, affordable, elderly, commercial and mix-use properties.

Howard Ffrench believes that “whatever is conceived, can be achieved.” Consequently, he was working at IBM World Trade Corporation in Kingston and wanted to make a “fresh start” and build his own life. He left his parents, siblings, support system and migrated to the United States to pursue his education and professional goals.

Mrs. Weinstein-Berman is a Licensed Architect and LEED AP BD+C. Her expertise in community development, resilient/sustainable design, and historic preservation allows her to serve on the board of numerous organizations, including the Miami Design Preservation League and the MiMo/Biscayne Association. She is an active member of AIA Miami and USGBC Emerging Professionals and has worked as a historic preservation consultant in partnership with the City of Coral Gables and the City of Fort Lauderdale.
